Goodbye at Glasgow!

The boys have safely made it to Glasgow airport and are on their way to Dubai, for their connection to Japan! Safe flight!

Graduation

 Yesterday all the boys graduated Fettes Centre for Language and Culture! WELL DONE. Everyone has had such a great two weeks working hard and making friends.

After a successful graduation we went into town for some well deserved shopping for souvenirs.

Finally the day ended with a disco! The boys had a great time dancing especially to the song 'The Macerena'. Then it was some sad goodbyes and back to their homes. 

Tokai's Got Talent!

The boys performed in the end of week Talent show! They sang their school song, with Shosei playing the piano and Yusuke the violin. Impressive effort from everyone!

Gardens and Games!

 Today some of the boys went to The Royal Botanical Gardens. They spent the afternoon looking around the plants and filling out their work sheets from their teachers.

 Then they all went into Stockbridge to explore the charity shops and enjoy some free time.

 On Tuesday it was James Bond night and everyone went to a disco. The boys played casino games with Monopoly money led by the Activity Leaders. Overall it was a great evening.

Afternoon Activities!

 The boys have been having a great time in the afternoons here at Fettes. Sho and Tomoki made some great kites.

 Other activities are Nerf Wars, pillow case designing, and even flamenco dancing!!

 Each day if the boys aren't on excursions they can choose a different activity. There is never a dull moment at Fettes!

International Dinner #2

A new week means a new International Dinner with new friends! Each table was named after a continent and everyone was sat next to someone of a different nationality.

We spent the evening with students from Slovenia, Romania and China. There was over 50 students all eating, talking, and having a great time together! The boys made many new friends.

Overcoming Obstacles

 On Monday night the boys took part in an international obstacle course. There were many different challenges.

 Everyone enjoyed the tug of war and helped their teams to win.

 Then each team had to make a human mascot out of art materials. It was very funny and Shosei, Ryoma, and Shouichiroh's team had the best dressed mascot!
