Getting Started!

Thanks to Risako Oya Sensei for these nice pictures. The boys are starting to warm up and have their first conversations in English with the other students on the programme. Of course they are a bit nervous but we are seeing them start to mix. We will be encouraging them more today. they need to be brave and make the first steps. Actually, it is natural for teenagers to keep to their groups and the other nationalities, Austrian, Italian, Taiwanese etc are just the same. That's our challenge, to help them overcome their natural shyness.
